RULES AND REGULATIONS
General: By purchasing a ticket in the SickKids 2026 Car Calendar Lottery, the SickKids Cash Calendar Raffle and the SickKids 50/50 Draw, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these rules. All inquiries regarding the conduct, chance of winning, prizing or procedures of lotteries are to be made to the Hospital for Sick Children Foundation (“SickKids Foundation”) prior to the purchase of a ticket. All orders will be processed and fulfilled under the supervision of MNP LLP. In the event of any discrepancy, the records of MNP LLP shall be deemed correct and final. The liability of SickKids Foundation shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket.
Eligibility: By purchasing a ticket in one or more of the aforementioned lotteries, the purchaser confirms that they are at least 18 years of age and located in the province of Ontario. Only tickets that have been paid for and have been verified as paid for are eligible for the respective draws. The following persons are prohibited from purchasing tickets or obtaining benefit from the prize offering: SickKids Foundation staff and Board of Directors; The Hospital for Sick Children Executive Team and Board of Trustees; partners and employees of MNP LLP and its affiliates; employees of registered gaming suppliers; and members of the same household of each of the above.
Tickets: Ticket purchasers must be at least 18 years of age and tickets cannot be ordered in the name of a minor. The primary ticket purchaser may, at its option, add the names of up to two additional persons to the ticket at the time of purchase (“Additional Persons”). These Additional Persons are not ticketholders and the Foundation has no obligation or liability to any person named on a ticket other than the primary ticket purchaser, who may or may not elect to share any win information and prize(s) with any Additional Person named on the primary purchaser’s winning ticket(s). Tickets must be ordered and sent in the province of Ontario. Tickets may be ordered by telephone or online at SickKidsCarCalendar.ca. Tickets will be available until midnight, May 29, 2026, or in the case of the SickKids 2026 Car Calendar Lottery and/or the SickKids Cash Calendar Raffle while supplies last. Tickets will be emailed to purchasers and should be delivered within 24 hours of the order placement. Printed tickets are available on request and will be delivered by mail within four (4) weeks. All tickets in a pack must contain the same name(s) and mailing address and will only be mailed to the primary ticket purchaser. Only one method of payment will be accepted with any ticket order and purchases are not tax deductible. The official SickKids 2026 Car Calendar Lottery ticket is a receipt of purchase. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to ensure that they receive their tickets, however, purchasers do not need their tickets in hand to be included in the draws. Tickets for the SickKids Cash Calendar Raffle and SickKids 50/50 Draw can be ordered separately by calling 1-877-216-2598 or 416-977-9151 provided that a SickKids 2026 Car Calendar Lottery ticket has previously been ordered and validated.
No refunds will be issued after the commencement of the draws. If you have not received your ticket(s), please contact the customer service line at 1-877-216-2598 or 416-977-9151 or email SickKidsLotterycs@mnp.ca for a replacement.
Prizes/Draws: Prizes will be awarded as listed but may not be exactly as illustrated. Prize values are approximate and based on the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) at the time the purchase agreements were confirmed. There are no restrictions on how to use the prize proceeds. All draws will be conducted at the offices of MNP LLP, 1 Adelaide Street E, Suite 1900, Toronto, ON M5C 2V9. All draws will be made using Random Number Generator (RNG) software under the supervision of MNP LLP. MNP LLP will randomly select one (1) potential winner from among all eligible ticket numbers for each of the prize draws listed below. All draw times are approximate. Winning ticket numbers are eligible for all subsequent prize draws. All prizes must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions except where a cash alternative is specified. Please allow five (5) weeks to receive prize cheques. Unclaimed prizes will be secured for a period of six (6) months following the close of the Lottery. Unclaimed prizes will be reported to, and a charitable allocation will be approved by, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
Prize Winner Notification: Prizes will be awarded to the primary purchaser listed on the ticket. All winners will be notified in writing as to what they have won and how to claim their prize. Winners may also be contacted by telephone and all winning ticket numbers will be posted at SickKidsCarCalendar.ca. Prize winners, including the Cash Calendar Raffle and 50/50 Draw, may be required to provide identification verifying an age of 18 years or older. A printed list of prize winners will be available upon request after July 15, 2026, by calling 1-877-216-2598 or 416-977-9151 or by emailing SickKidsLotterycs@mnp.ca.
Privacy: By claiming a prize, the winner consents to the use of their likeness/photograph, first and last name, ticket number, city/town of residence and the audio/video recording (or written transcription) of the winner notification telephone call, for any publicity purposes by SickKids Foundation. SickKids Foundation respects the privacy of its lottery supporters; we do not sell, rent, or trade our supporter lists. The information we collect is used to process lottery ticket purchases, keep our supporters informed about the activities of The Hospital for Sick Children and SickKids Foundation, and ask for their support for our mission to improve children’s health. If at any time you wish to be excluded from such contacts, call us at 416-813-6166 and we will accommodate your request.

Limitation of Liability: By purchasing a ticket, purchaser releases and holds harmless SickKids Foundation, The Hospital for Sick Children, the prize providers and all of their respective directors, officers, members, employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the SickKids 2026 Car Calendar Lottery, the SickKids 50/50 Draw and/or the SickKids Cash Calendar Raffle or any prize won.
Governing Law: These rules and the rights and obligations and relations of the parties hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Each party hereto does hereby attorn to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the Province of Ontario.
SICKKIDS 2026 CAR CALENDAR LOTTERY
Only 200,000 tickets will be available. Ticket prices are one (1) for $50, three (3) for $100, 10 for $200, 20 for $300 and 50 for $500. Single tickets are limited to 50,000. One ticket will be issued for each order placed, listing all ticket numbers issued. All tickets purchased will be issued in sequential order starting with number 11000001.
Prizes/Draws: There are 36 prizes, with a total value of $2,233,179.91 inclusive of applicable taxes and destination charges. All vehicle prizes are 2026 models except for the Lotus Emira (2025). The Daily Prize draws will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. on June 1, 2026, following the final Daily Prize draw in the SickKids 2026 Car Calendar Lottery. Winning ticket numbers will be posted at SickKidsCarCalendar.ca by 5:00 p.m. on the day for which the winning ticket was selected, beginning on June 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2026.

One prize will be awarded in the SickKids 50/50 Draw. The total value of this single cash prize will be one half of the total proceeds received. To be eligible for the SickKids 50/50 Draw, tickets must be purchased by midnight on May 29, 2026. SickKids 50/50 Draw tickets can only be ordered in conjunction with the SickKids 2026 Car Calendar Lottery. The single SickKids 50/50 Draw will be conducted on June 1, 2026 at approximately 3:00 p.m., following the final SickKids 2026 Cash Calendar Raffle Daily Prize draw and published on June 1, 2026 by 5:00 p.m. The minimum guaranteed prize value is $250,000 and there is no maximum prize value. One prize will be awarded in the SickKids 50/50 Draw. The total value of this single cash prize will be one half of the total proceeds received. To be eligible for the SickKids 50/50 Draw, tickets must be purchased by midnight on May 29, 2026. SickKids 50/50 Draw tickets can only be ordered in conjunction with the SickKids 2026 Car Calendar Lottery. The single SickKids 50/50 Draw will be conducted on June 1, 2026 at approximately 3:00 p.m., following the final SickKids 2026 Cash Calendar Raffle Daily Prize draw and published on June 1, 2026 by 5:00 p.m. The minimum guaranteed prize value is $250,000 and there is no maximum prize value. Ticket prices are three (3) for $25, 10 for $50, 30 for $100 and 200 for $200. All tickets purchased will be issued in sequential order starting with number 21000001. There is no limit to the number of SickKids 50/50 Draw tickets that can be sold. If all SickKids 2026 Car Calendar Lottery tickets held by a ticket holder become invalid, all SickKids 50/50 Draw tickets associated with the ticket holder will also become invalid.
